Timing is everything. I believe that in life, and in real estate. I have always had a great interest in real estate. When I was 23, I purchased my first home. It was a neglected yet stately turn-of-the-century Queen Anne Victorian on Metropolitan Hill in the Roslindale section of Boston. Being a private person, and well before the internet, I thought the price of my new acquisition would remain private. To my surprise, a few months later, my house was featured in Boston Magazine, centerfold placement, with its price tag clearly displayed for all to see. The article was called “Boston Booms”, and boom it did. I doubled my money when I sold this property 5 years later. I spent 28 years in Boston working in the investment management industry. After buying/ selling 3 houses, I decided to become a Realtor in 2013 to continue my interest in real estate - through helping others. I understand the role that agency plays when working with buyers and sellers and I always deal ethically and honestly with my clients.
