How do you get started? Your first step is to schedule to meet with Kathy Schmitt. This meeting is strictly confidential. You will learn about compensation, coaching, training, lead generation, support and much more that we offer to the right associates. This meeting is for each of us to determine if we want to “be in business together” and if this is a “right fit” for us both. We are not looking to hire a lot of associates…just the right ones.
